Groot the Bald Bulldog

Groot is a rescue bulldog from California. He was found with gasoline and oil all over him. His hair will never grow back after being chemically burnt. Doesn’t stop him from strutting his stuff and being the center of attention where ever he goes. Sunscreen is his new best friend and he enjoys rolling in the grass. Clearly. He rocks his spots
